On Site Commissioning Work
  • Phone or on site  application review.   Selection of drive product best suited to your needs.
  • Certified Startup - ABB ACS550, ACS800, & ACS880 low voltage drives.  Includes the following…
  1. Safety and installation check according to manufacturer’s procedures.
  2. Insulation test of motor windings and cabling.
  3. Control signal checking at drive unit.
  4. Parameter settings.
  5. ID-run and test (motor disconnected from load).
  6. Optional process tuning after customer definitions.
  7. Collecting backup files.
  8. Basic user guidance during startup. More extensive training is available for an additional charge.
  9. Commissioned drives are registered by serial number in ABB’s database.
